Types of sales

Made Man Mafia exclusively sells virtual goods. As all of these items have an immediate and irreversible impact on the game - all purchases are considered consumable, and are defined as consumed as soon as the purchase is processed by our system. As a result, none of these items can be refunded. Please don't buy if you're unsure.

Memberships

Membership days also affect the game at the time of purchase and are thus non-refundable. If you wish to suspend your membership at any point and re-start later, please contact an administrator in game. Please allow 3 working days for a response to such a request.

Disputes + Chargebacks

Made Man Mafia reserves the right to cancel or amend your use of the service in the event of a chargeback or dispute relating to your account, including but not limited to restricted access to further purchases.

MMM Cash Withdrawal

MMM Cash may be "withdrawn" at any time. If the amount is lower than $20.00 USD or if the MMMC has been purchased within the last 30 days and remained untouched - a transaction fee will be payable by the user. Withdrawal payments are usually made within 1 working day, although they occasionally may take longer. MMMC may only be withdrawn to PayPal at the current time.
